CARLES ALONSO
From the first time he connected to the internet as a 36Kb modem as a child, Carles knew his life would be behind a monitor.
After studying programming and working on several projects, in 2009 he specialized in Online Marketing and was part of different projects such as Traffic Manager at Venca, SEM & CRO Manager at Only-apartments and Traffic Manager & CMO at Bilua group.
All experiences and knowledge are now applied to the clients themselves, under the custody of Mister Ads. That’s how I take advantage of the full potential of online platforms.
MONTSE LÓPEZ
Restless at work, always willing to learn new things and driven by constant improvement. This attitude has led her to explore different positions in various companies, both traditional and online.
All this experience, her analytical and organizational skills make her a key player in promoting Mister Ads projects.
She enjoys providing solutions and helping the team with any difficulties they encounter. She knows that everything can be improved and that is her mission. She loves challenges!
JUDITH NAVARRETE
Always eager to learn, she has oriented her career toward digital marketing and SEO, exploring different environments and challenges that have allowed her to grow both professionally and personally.
Her passion for campaigns, web optimization, and social media management drives her to constantly seek continuous improvement and measurable results in every project.
Organized, analytical, and highly adaptable, she enjoys providing solutions and helping everything run more smoothly. She firmly believes there is always room for improvement, and that mindset leads her to fully commit to every project—with dedication, curiosity, and a strong desire to keep evolving.
LOKI
Loki arrived at the office without a résumé, but with ears perfectly tuned to any conversation about food or walks.
Among his standout tasks:
- Supervising coffee breaks and ensuring all crumbs on the floor are properly cleaned up.
- Showing boundless enthusiasm at the arrival of any team member (or really, any person at all).
- Providing emotional support and motivational licks on demand (and even when not requested).
- Reminding us that stretching every two hours is vital for productivity.
He’s our intern, with the option to become a permanent team member. He’s currently undergoing continuous training in stress management (other people’s, of course) and soft leadership (through intense eye contact).
